The address area is the one where you may find some trouble. First of all please remember that you need a paper ticket printed out by the railways to travel by the train. The ticket you booked online is send to your address by courier. And the agency (irctc) doesn’t send the tickets abroad.

If you are outside India.

When trying to register yourseelf- you can provide a hotel address as compared to your home address in some other country. Website may not understand pin codes- so better provide your hotel address.

You can checkout payment gateways- if your credit card is in list...go ahead..otherwise this could be wastage of time. VISA CARDS USUALY RUNS.

For e-ticket you should provide your passport or driving license number and same should be with you in India.
