DETAILS OF FEATURES :
Economy class round trip airfare is included in quote. Obtaining VISA is clients responsibility and we do not assist in anyway in your precuring VISA to enter INDIA.

3 STAR HOTELS: 3 star hotels at twin sharing basis is part of our quote. If you wish to upgrade your hotel- you will be paying the charges or difference. Luxury taxes and service taxes as per govt. poilcy are included in quote.

TRANSPORTATIONS: We are bounded to provide you air conditioned transportation. Vehicle depends on size of group. Your train travel is also air conditioned. Please note that DELHI and NORTH INDIA goes through extreme temp of 47 Degree celcius in summers and 0 degree in winters. Vehicles going in mountains will not be having a/c ON - moreover you do not need air conditioning in himalayas.

FULLY GUIDED TOUR: This is conditional service and depends on group size. We will be providing you escort if your group size is 4 or more.

FULLY GUIDED CLIMBING : Guide shall be in ratio of 1:4 . We will be providing you mountain guide, porters/ponies and cook. Forest entry fee, base camp fee and inner line permit if required is included in your quote-so there are no hidden payments. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are included in your package. You are supposed to bring only clothing from your country- we will be providing you tents, sleeping bags and mattresses. We will be providing you basic climbing gear but personal gear is expected to be bring-in by you.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: There is no possibility of any change after you land in INDIA. We pay in advance for all services and any change from your side effects the refunds. We can not control political situations and social development- if your travel is effected due to any developments- we are not liable to refund- although we will try to make sure that you are secure and safe and may shift your place/city.
